What kind of dog is hector in house

Hector adds a second sign below it in the episode titled "The Funnel". This one reads "Et aux grenouilles". Kiki introduces her friends to a very odd French boardgame in "Rainy Day Games".

The garden flora and fauna is Gallic too. The characters climb nut trees, and listen to the chirruping mockingbird who also features at the start of each episode. Hector loves to make things in his shed, or adapt existing apparel. In "Deep Sleep" he makes himself a kennel; somewhere for him to meditate, apparently. Then in "Silence is Golden" he paints it light blue and adds air conditioning!

Hector loves his jalopy-style motor car. He becomes a racing driver for a wee while. Hector has an obnoxious habit of chewing everything, including House's cane , which Wilson is prodded into replacing. House tried to "lose" Hector by leaving his door open one day as well as leaving pills where the dog could overdose, but Hector refused to go down.

Kiki the frog lived next door and in every episode she would appear on top of the wall perched on a very tall ladder.

She would then enter Hector's garden via a hole in the wall. Hector must've had a screw loose here because that hole could easily have been filled up to stop that green pest from coming round. I don't know what the relationship between Hector and ZaZa was but they did sleep in different bedrooms. How the hell do I know that - well in the episode "A song at night," Hector turns off his bedroom light which is then followed by ZaZa's bedroom light after which she slips out of the house without Hector noticing.

Each episode started with the bird singing in the garden and always ended with Hector saying a similar expression such as "I'm a great big silly old Hector. At least 45 episodes were made that is how many is in my collection , some of which have never been released on VHS or DVD. Some episodes are shown below by clicking on the table.

She sings a song as she walks in the garden with a candle. Kiki helps with the wood stacking. Hector gets a bit annoyed with all the chatting and messing around. The Brave Fireman Hector is busy filling buckets with water. He is having a fire drill.
